Neil Adams –
One of the greats in comic books.
He has influenced me almost as much as my father has.
He has taught me so much about art, about drawing and comic book history in the few minutes I have been able to speak to him directly at comic book conventions such as C2E2. I remember listening to him during a panel talk in 2015 that I silently wept with the wisdom he gave about drawing and comic art.
His contributing history in comic books is almost immeasurable. I have these framed on my wall and every day I walk past them I say to myself that I will find my art voice and once I do I will show Neil, not looking for approval but just to show him that I have listened to each nugget of advice he has given over the years. Thank you Neil.
